First Floor: Front deck looking out towards the water across Hulbert Avenue, a long sun porch, a large antique-filled living room with working fireplace, dining room with a hardwood table that can seat 14, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and separate wet bar, a vaulted ceiling garden bedroom suite great for grandparents, au pair, or staff use, and a glassed-in laundry porch / mudroom with stairs to the outdoor shower. Full bath.

Second Floor: 5 good-sized bedrooms - some with water views. 2 full baths.

Total living space is 2,500+ square feet.

             Arched openings in the privet-hedge can be gated to keep young children in the back garden. Entrance to Gray Goose is via a private road to a white shelled courtyard style driveway with plenty of room for parking. The back garden and front beachy yard is pleasant for young children.
